Market Plaice is a great little chippy in Bromsgrove. It is located by the bus station and the rear of the Red Lion. The fish and chips are cooked fresh to order. There is seating available both inside and outside. The menu contains traditional items, such as fish & chips as well as kebabs and other world foods. The staff are really friendly. If you eat in, they will offer to top up your chips for you!

My second visit here was no where near as good as the first. The fat was literally dripping off the box the fish and chips came in, all over my car and kitchen floor when we brought it home. It tasted okay but too much oil, disappointing.

Huge portions, great chips, friendly staff. Fish was freshly made and tasty - could have had more flavour and a crispier batter.
Ordered fish chips and peas to be delivered,only to find no peas when the delivery came wrote it off as one of those things .Had a visit from relatives and tried the delivery service again ordering portions of fish and chips and 3 lots of peas ,upon delivery no peas at all !!!!!rang up and poor poor poor customer service i got told next time instead of ordering online ring up and explain your situation and we will give you free peas !!! What world the peas would be FREE in I just don't know iv spent 5 On peas and not seen one!!!! In order for me to get FREE peas as they call it they would have to give me 5 lots!!!! They even had the cheek to leave me an answer phone message after a missed call stating the FREE peas again customer service am absolute joke i wouldn't recommend my worst enemy to use this place dissatisfied doesn't come close.
