Bought these cosmic fireworks from a distributor in Kettering and was bitterly disappointed with the quality. Most of the fireworks lasted on a average of 2.5 seconds if you were lucky. 5 duds and fuses that pulled out when you took the tape off. Have used Cosmic before and never have been let down. Columbia firework selection reduced from 80 to 40 from Ise garden centre in Kettering Northants. Not going to use this Brand again. Good luck

We had a problem with a firework we bought from a local seller, when the timing went a bit wrong on one of the bigger fireworks and blasted out every single firework within 15 seconds, when it was actually meant to last over 2 minutes. we contacted our local supplier who were absolutely useless and should have at least offered us a refund, but instead they refused to acknowledge anything went wrong even after sending a video, and then blocked me from messaging them and removed me from their facebook page before i had the chance to leave them a review! I then decided to contact cosmic directly and I had someone respond to me almost immediately and willing to resolve the issue, no arguments. thank you cosmic for resolving this in a kind and professional manner.
