Apart from a broken loo roll holder, which may have been vandalised, I liked the fact that there was an automatic hand washing system which dispensed soap, then water and gave you plenty of time to dry your hands, albeit with cold air. Only downside was an empty hand sanitizer. Excuse the pun but I was relieved to find a toilet by looking on my phone that was open. The town hall is closed so this was the next best thing!

Door was wonky, hook in door of stall broken. Toilet paper soggy.. but cleanish and importantly free. Reviewed at 10am Tuesday morning
These are the most disgusting toilets I have ever seen. The bin to place disposable sanitary ware was over flowing with used towels and tampons on top of the bin and on the floor, there was no toilet paper and you can only guess what liquid was on the floor. All the toilets were in the same condition. Shame on Oxford City Council for allowing their tourists to experience this.
Touchless flush automatic sinks
Thank God that there is a free public toilet in Oxford!! No complaints, just gratitude!
Hilarious: a public toilet closed except 9am-5pm, next to a market open 7am-6pm, in a civilised country where people are free to walk outside 24/7 and their bladders function 24/7. Oxford City Council are brilliant..
Usually crowded but pleasant ad decently clean.
One toilet out of sic working and that one was filthy with no toilet paper. Oxford need to up their game!
