I was hunting high and low for modern, funky distinctive furniture for our party in February when I found Rio Lounge. I contacted them a few days before Christmas and was disappointed to receive an out of office message saying they weren’t back in the office until mid January! However, I need not have worried because I soon received a phone call to say that even though they were closed (for renovations) during that period, Jo would be only to pleased to help me. In fact her assistance, friendliness and positive customer service made the whole experience a pleasure. She assisted me in choosing the correct number of sofas, tables and chairs and offered great advice in a cheery helpful manner. It was like dealing with a friend! On the party day, the furniture arrived exactly at the time agreed, and was set up perfectly by the crew. The furniture itself looked like new, in perfect condition. The sofas were really comfy and the tables and chairs ordered were perfect and looked incredible! Everybody said how amazing the furniture was! I’m really impressed by the efficiency and courtesy of this company, and highly recommend them.
