Awesome! I have had a mixture of 'western physiotherapy' and Chinese techniques, which Raquel blends seamlessly. The Chinese cupping has released tension in my back that nothing else has got close to!! Highly recommended.

An amazing physiotherapist who uses a combination of traditional and complementary techniques to treat you. Very clean and inviting treatment room. Raquel makes you feel relaxed and explains each of her treatments as to why and how it will address your issues. Highly recommended.

I highly recommend having a treatment at Elemental Practices. Racquel is a very intuitive & talented therapist. I have experienced very positive results after each treatment with her. I have been for physio / reiki sessions as well as acupuncture. All very relaxing & gave me the results & changes I needed to happen. Also the environment is wonderfully calm, I have fallen asleep in every session!
