Have been using NFU for most of my insurance requirements. First started using their Marlow office in 1993 for house and buildings on my first property. They now insure all our cars and provide an excellent service. On one of the few occasions I have had to claim - example being a broken washing machine leaking all over the floor, one simple phone call and it was all sorted out within a few days. (replacement washing machine, new floor all damp and damage sorted out). One of the very few companies who actually value customer loyalty through the mutual bonus scheme. Friendly and informative staff, I recommend them to everyone!
