Edit: Your comment below asking us to email you and we have as soon as we got this, 5 days later and no response. Not even an acknowledgment email. I’d be very careful dealing with this dealership. Be careful buying a car from this dealership. My partner bought her Jazz from them a few years ago but recently she had to replace the battery which is no problem, it happens. However, we encountered that there is a security code required upon replacing the battery; we reached out to Marshall Honda, Reading as this is where the car has been purchased. They haven't been helpful at all, after a few trips and bad communication I feel that I have to inform other people looking to go to them. Poor communication from their front desk personnel James, we called a few times for an update and a call back request. It took the guy 2 weeks to get back to us AFTER PERSONALLY GOING TO THE DEALERSHIP AND ASKING FOR HIM TO RESPOND OR GIVE US AN UPDATE. When he finally did he said that they don't have or know the security code, to add he also mentioned that it is not their responsibility. Now, who's responsibility is it? and Would you buy a car knowing that there is this fault? I've never encountered such a poor customer experience.

I have just bought a used car from Marshall Honda Reading and my experience could not have been better. The salesman Lloyd Harries was Professional, Polite and Courteous at all times and did everything he said he would do and more. He was a credit to himself his manager and his company. I would not hesitate to recommend or buy another car from them in the future
