AVOID AVOID AVOID I wish I had read all the past reviews! The car is lovely, our salesman Lee was lovely everything else is a joke. Having given them 3 weeks to prep the car when we arrived it was in a filthy state, still had the old owners glasses in it, the promised wheel refurb hadn't been done. Small paint touch ups that should just have been routinely done hadn't! We left the car and returned a week later. It looked better but the parcel shelf was missing and the tow bar it had been sold with had been removed. I've rung numerous times to get it sorted they can't be bothered to phone back. I've sent emails to social@marshall as per their requests in other reviews.....guess what ..no reply! In this day and age to treat customers like this is frankly beyond belief. Needless to say we won't be getting the car serviced there and what should have been a fun way to spend 35K turned into a nightmare. You have been warned!!

I purchased as used vehicle from this dealer 3 years ago, I never had a very good experience to be honest with you, but that’s another story. I have since replaced the vehicle twice, but Marshall’s still keep sending me text’s telling me my vehicle is due an MOT and it needs a service…..Even if I did still have this vehicle I wouldn’t take it to these jokers, in fact I wouldn’t, take a push bike there

WARNING DO NOT USE! My husband recently look our Range Rover into the Halesworth dealership for a warranty job whilst our car was under their care a personal item was STOLEN. We reported the incident to the dealership and they are taking no responsibility claiming they have asked all their staff and no one is admitting to theft. Completely outrageous customer service I highly recommend no one uses this dealership as untrustworthy individuals work there. It’s not something you expect when using a prestigious dealer. My husband was told by Land Rover UK someone would contact us directly to help resolve this issue but no one has bothered.

This place used to be good, but that was some time back. its frankly a joke now. don't take your car in there. bad service, bad workmanship and bad personal data management. month after the last service call im still trying to sort out my car.

We bought a Range Rover back in April having been told we had a 12 month warranty. We got the paperwork sent through with 3 months warranty cover. We are now in August and still chasing. When we picked it up only one of the three things identified for fixing had been done and had to wait an hour whilst they fixed it. The manager Dave is always saying yes we will sort it and never does. He got angry with me because I went to his bosses to try and get it resolved. So over three months later and I am still chasing for the warranty documents. I have called in excess of 10 times and emailed so many times I have lost count and it has always been me chasing. At Marshalls in Halesworth you better not leave there having paid any money unless you are 100% sorted otherwise you will have a hopeless chase to get things resolved. I don't write bad reviews but when a business is so negligent about customer service future consumers should be warned.

We visited Halesworth branch today and after initial approach and coffee from front of house staff which was professional and friendly unfortunately that's where things took a down turn. Although told repeatedly someone would attend to us no one did. We waited patiently by the car we were interested in purchasing and realised that after over 30 minutes we were not high on anyone's prority list and finally left the showroom. There appeared to be only one other customer in the showroom! We will not be returning.
