Extremely clean and tidy! Due to covid the whole the experience is very different. Staff are friendly, a huge issue with staff wearing masks incorrectly, others under chin or hanging of their mouth. Easy to find garage, plenty of parking. Staff who dealt with me was not that clued up with their brand and cars. Needs seriously training but overall not that bad.

Today I have driven out of Marshall’s with the car of my dreams a C200 convertible thanks to Justin Hughes a fantastic salesman. Very professional, knowledgeable and great to deal with. I’d really recommend contacting him if you are considering a change of car they have some fantastic deals. The handover was extra special, the car was under wraps in the showroom and I got to unveil it, he even recorded the whole experience (lovely touch). So delighted. Thanks ever so much Justin

I have visited this garage several times in the last 7 month trying to buy 2 cars. I was promised calls backs thats I never received, I even spoke to the sales manager who promised to get someone to call me back. During lockdown I visited the showroom and rang the sales team to discuss options, when the sales team made eye contact through the window they then turned their chairs. Very cold and unapproachable customer service, staff not interested in putting a little work in to help customers. The saleswoman on the phone seem uninterested when I said I didn't want to buy a car without test driving it first. Spoke with the sales manager and explained this and was told someone would call me back and help me buy a car. My journey with this garage started may 2020 and my last contact was November 2020 with the sales manager and still no one has helped me with buying a car. I have since spoke to HIPPO garage which is just up the road. They called me back within an hour with cars that matched my needs. I've now bought my C-Class from hippo, and I bought my A-Class from a mercedes garage down south. I was able to get the A Class delivered for free to my door. Would recommend avoiding this garage and going through alternative garages and having the car delivered.

If I could give this 10 stars I would! I have finally managed to get the car I have wanted for a very long time, all thanks to the help of a salesman’s Caine Aspinall. I highly recommend to anyone who is thinking about buying a car from Marshall Mercedes-Benz of Blackburn to definitely see Caine. Unfortunately with COVID I was unable to get a proper look at the inside of the car, but thanks to Caine, he videoed all the aspects of the car inside and out and I could not be more grateful. He was unbelievably helpful with everything, was patient with all the questions I needed to know and was very informative. I could not thank Caine enough for all the help I received and how easy he made it to helping me buy my dream car. Caine is an absolute asset to Marshall Mercedes-Benz of Blackburn.
