Ruben is really a fantastic massage therapist - he always finds the right spot and seems to know instinctively what is needed. As well as having magical hands, he has great knowledge of how different parts of the body are connected and dependent on each other. I've been seeing him once a week as I'm in training for the London Marathon with constant muscle aches and injuries, and it's been a lifesaver. Highly recommended!

Needed a sports massage today, it was so easy to book with Ruben and find an available timeslot. He replied really quickly and accomodated me in his Canary Wharf room which was so convenient. Massage was really super and if not, the best massage I have had. He was really thorough, and professional and careful, and understood where my tension was located. Had an amazing 1 hour massage at a reasonable price. I think it was excellent value for money and will definitely be going again, if not regularly.

Terrible experience. Booked a massage, turned up but nobody knew who Massage Blast were. Rang the number and was told they just forward messages on to somebody.
