Booked here in Sept 16 as had good reviews and a main Ford dealer couldn't book me in until later that same day. Was initially quoted a cheaper price than main Ford dealer for a 1st service on a new SMAX. Once they had the car, the price increased as they needed "Special Oil" and then another phone call wanted a brake flush (if my memory serves me correctly). I started having reservations about the place but just wanted my car done so went with the price increase until it ended up as much as the main dealer quote (i could have also had some recall work done at a main dealer at the same time). When it came to collecting it wasn't ready for about 2 hours after they initially quoted it as being ready and we sat around waiting for a pollen filter to turn up (didn't believe the excuse). After i got the car back i noticed the coolant was low as per how it went in so not checked as per their check sheet, washer jets were totally unaligned but was ticked on their check. God knows how many other things weren't looked at. Anyway i was leaving Hull to go down south that day so i put it down to experience until a couple of days ago and the car started leaking oil. After taking the under tray off, the oil Filter they supposedly fitted had come loose and was leaking all over the front of my house. Nobody else has been under the car since Ford Tech had their hands on it and clearly didn't tighten it up correctly and it had worked loose, leaked all over and soaked into the under tray until saturated then started leaking onto my drive. After tightening, my engine took 2 litres of oil to put it back to full. I'm sure if you have an old motor and want a quick cheap service it may work out OK for you. I for certain will not be taking a decent new car back to have shoddy work done at main dealer prices!
