So i installed one of the Matki Shower screens EH?1200LH several years ago, possibly 2015. Subsequently a separate unrelated issue developed with the shower that needed me to remove and then reinstall the screen. Matki were brilliant. Not only did they still maintain a stock of parts but they worked with me to identify the correct enclosure, they got the parts out quickly and when i lost a part they sent a replacement free of charge. Their screens are not cheap but their after sales service is excellent especially given Covid. Well done and thank you!!
