Same issues as someone else it seems. Ordered March 3rd. Now April 11th. Payment has gone but no item received. Can't get hold of anyone by phone, email or their online message chat. Appalling. Be taking this to trading standards.. Do not buy from these crooks

Purchased some oil and didn’t receive. Telephone number is a mobile number which doesn’t connect. Emailed numerous times and receive a automatic message back saying happy Halloween. Do not ordered. I have had to contact my bank to try and get my money back. Should of read reviews and not just looked at stars. If I ever go Blackpool I will be visiting their shop (if it even exists)!
They have stopped answering emails and messages and their phone line has been disconnected. I gave up waiting to hear back from them after 4 weeks and still have no delivery, so have initiated ‘Charge back’ with my bank to recover the money spent on my order. Update: Still no response from the owner who appears to have done a runner and closed down his personal FB accounts. The good news however is that my bank has now refunded me through the charge back scheme.
What can I say? Fast. Tidy. Secure. Discreet. My packages came within two-three days after paying and came neatly packaged at my discretion. Thank you for helping me try something new I'm going to be purchasing more soon enough!
I ordered on March 01. I haven't received the order or any response. I've emailed twice but just standard automatic reply. I've asked for a refund as it's been so long I had to order elsewhere. This is the second time that an order hasn't been processed. Previous order did eventually come and an apology but now fed up and broke after paying out twice. DO NOT order from this company
Having ordered CBD Oil from them for long time, they recently sent the wrong product and I have contacted them 5 times asking for the correct and higher value product and like Rebecca, all I get is an email saying they are working with reduced staff. I want my money back, but they have literally gone to ground. I have to assume therefore that they are no longer trading. My advice - don't bother if they get it wrong, you are on your own and out of pocket. 64 in my case. !!! Update - 20 days on and still no response to my numerous emails and website messages. This is very frustrating - my advice - go else where.
I think the service is great, good quality products for a good price, customer service is top notch! they even actually checked in to see if I was happy with everything. Will use again soon.
