Imagine the scene - today I moved into my new flat, switched the boiler on and it didn’t work. And it’s cold. Yikes. Matthew really was my knight in shining armour today. He answered my call for help despite it being late on Friday afternoon he came straight round took a look identified the fault fixed it and explained to me what I needed to do with the controls. He was professional friendly and patient as he listened to my anxious moving in day babbling. The charges were very reasonable and I paid with pleasure. This gentleman is now my go-to plumber and I recommend him without hesitation. Thanks again Matthew for coming to my rescue!
We have used Matt Drew for several jobs and I had to call him today with a boiler problem. Despite being very busy, not only did he turn up after 5pm - he repaired a leaking valve, replaced the pump and checked thoroughly that all was working before leaving...
