Ordered for delivery and the restaurant did not deliver. I had to go myself to collect the food and the restaurant said it was not their problem that the driver had not shown up and that they had no obligation to contact me to tell me noone was planning to deliver the food. They would not assist with the refund of the delivery charge and told me I had to go through Just Eat to get this. Having spoken to Just Eat this is in fact a lie and the restaurant staff clearly just do not care about their customers. Food was cold and mediocre by time it was able to be eaten.

Lovely food. Tried it first time without expectations but the food were really good. It’s a must go and try restaurants in Hounslow. Food will on the table very soon and the staff are very friendly. Will be visiting again
Mawal Garden is a well established Lebanese restaurant in the heart of Hounslow. The food is top quality. The service is magnificent and you'll definitely want to return. They also have a shisha lounge if you are into flavoured tobacco. Enjoy.
