Very disappointed with the service provided. I booked a taxi for 10:10 after my shift, received a text to say they would be 15 minutes late due to busyness which I was happy to wait for. Went outside to wait for my taxi that ended up being 35 minutes late and I had to wait in the poring rain and cold. I tried calling the taxi an automated machine answered saying it would be a 4 minute wait so I ended the call, waited 5 minutes and then called again. It then said it would be a 3 minute wait so I dialled to call the driver only for it not to connect me with him. I waited in a line to talk to the i-cab team for 10 minutes the whole time saying I was first in line and my call would be answered shortly. Eventually I hung up and got ahold of the drive who was 3 minutes away. I also had originally book to be dropped off at the train station and if I had not changed yes my booking to take me all the way home I would have missed my train. Due to being left to wait so long and being unable to contact the driver or company I was worried and scared as I was left late at night in a place I do not know well at all wondering if I was going to get home.

Pure Brass

'Booked' a taxi this evening on their website. Called at the pick up time to ask what car to look out for and was told there were none available and an hour wait. I explained I had booked online but was curtly told that bookings weren't reservations. Total waste of time. Walked home in the rain. Avoid this company and book a more reputable one

Disgusting service. Booking was confirmed via their app for a 3:45am pick-up this morning, yet have failed to show or answer their phone. Has now resulted in myself, my wife and our disabled daughter missing our connection to Edinburgh Airport. Completely unprofessional and I would avoid any business with these people.

Works night out in Falkirk. To say I was worse for wear is an understatement. Didn't expect taxi to show up to be honest as I was so far away from home. ......... Got a text to say Daniel (Danny) was on his way in his seat. How happy I was to see a friendly lift home who understood I was worse for wear and made it clear from start of journey3he could stop at at any point Thankfully I didn't need to stop and taxi was cheaper than quote... Would I recommend icab? Absolutely I would recommend icab and I would recommend tipping the drivers as they are just too cheap.
