Just popped in for a tea, staff were uninterested and to be Frank it felt that just ordering tea was an issue for them.... Which bearing in mind its a cafe is bad. Music way too loud, to the point the people next to me had to talk louder so I heard their entire conversation. When I left staff leaning behind till and no acknowledgement or thank you. 1 positive was that it was clean. There are plenty of other cafes in Llangollen so really they need to step it up.

Had my daughter's 6th birthday party there yesterday and they were going to cater for 24 which was no problem for them. The play area (dragons den) was decorated and all set up ready when we arrived and the staff were on hand throughout the whole 2 hours with anything we needed. Highly recommend it for kids parties also the cafe was very busy. All the best to you Silvio hope it goes well for you.
