This hard to get to beach is a place to head to for a quiet beach experience. You can walk for hours undisturbed. Facing west into the Irish Sea can bring some harsh weather it also brings you closer to nature. Good parking with immediate access to the beach make this ideal for beach walks. This review was of some use to you. And I hope you enjoy the beach as much as I did.
Lovely quite beach walk ( pre lockdown ) was great to get out and last time I left the house before it all went south so great moments
Lovely little beach, not to busy.
One of my favourite spots for a walk and relax or for a picnic, or even for a swim on a nice day. You can walk for miles here. Place is never awfully busy and it's close to Culzean castle. Road to the beach is a single track one. There's plenty of passing places in the first half of the road but not many further down, especially as you're nearing the beach. Be careful not to roll into a ditch. I think it's better to reverse rather than try and pass each other on a narrow bit. And it's free
