We stayed at 111 , Crawford St . Presume our 1st floor apartment extended to 113 as part of our Unit no 3 . Value for money (compare with my subsequent stay at another nearby apartment in York St , which is 15% more expensive , only one bed room vs two @111 Crawford , and , is situated basement too ! However , the lay out much more better , feel a lot more spacious , wider , warmer & better finished & well maintained all round .) I would recommend unit 3 of 111 , Crawford landlord to consider remove the living room door & most of the wall to allow more space soon as you open the door, since the entrance to unit 3 is inside the building and not subject to outside weather. Hit water supply ONLY at the bathroom wash basin is a big issue , however, landlord ( contactable via WhatsApp ) responded very well with supporting partner visited the unit twice over our 10 days stay to address the issue . As suggested to the landlord , perhaps the shower multiple knob need basic instruction for future guest .
