Used Mazuma twice now to sell phones and the service and turnaround time is excellent. Had the postage pack delivered first time and printed my labels off myself the second time. Both very easy to do. Got a good price for both phones and the money was paid in same day for each. Recommend 100%

The phone was in fully working condition when sent out there was nothing wrong with the phone at and they said I would get 105 I got and email saying they would only give me 45 because the led screen was highly damaged and the camera wasn’t working but there was nothing wrong with the phone when it was sent out it was in good condition. A bit fishy if you ask me

Brilliant service! Posted my phone on Friday 29th January and by the end of Monday I had the money in my bank! They kept me updated with emails that the phone had been received ; was being checked and then that it had been approved. Excellent customer service.
