Polite and informative on the phone, ordered 10 tonnes of topsoil at a good rate. Delivery nice and early on requested day, and driver was friendly and helpful, despite a awkward reverse up a hill.

A great company to deal with, polite, helpful and well informed on their products. The type of the sand we needed was critical to the success of our project so samples were sent to me in advance, and the product I received was exactly as sampled. The 8 deliveries were carried out by drivers you were helpful and accommodating despite the poor weather conditions, and communications were brilliant in that each load was phoned ahead to advise me of an estimated time of delivery. MB Wilkes provided a 5* service from beginning to end and are highly recommended.
Disgusting 'customer service' from the woman who answered the phone. Extremely patronizing and rude. We will never use this company and warn others to do the same. I suggest customer service training is needed.
Very helpful staff. I phoned up and got my delivery sent to me a day early. Excellent price and, got exactly what I ordered, without any problems.
Managed to find everything I needed for my garden landscaping project, including sleepers, gravel, slate chippings and paving slabs. Great service and quick delivery. Definitely recommend.
