It took nearly a year to get deeds for my property. One can accept that there may be problems in gaining a response from the Land Registry but not getting answers to queries whether by phone, email or letter from a solicitor does underline the poor quality of service and customer care.
Terrible service - constantly having to chase them to do anything, reception staff constantly apologising for their boss and sound as desperate as I did. Caused untold stress and strain on my family - totally unprofessional. Avoid at all costs...
