The car been lifted making damage you could see in the photos. After that months of ignoring and promising to pay for fixing and nothing... if your workers made mistake take responsibly and do the business in the right way instead of running away. Cowards...

Nice and polite team, aligned my tyres twice in here and on one occasion the owner who did this job for me stayed over his schedule to do the job. They know that the key to make customers happy is going above and beyond and I have to admit the prices are accessible too. Well done

By far the worse garage I have ever been to. Took my car in for a booked tyre change, arriving slightly early as the booking asked me to arrive at the time or slightly before. Waited around 5 to 10 minutes before even being acknowledged. Once I was FINALLY acknowledged I informed the mechanic about my appointment and he just turned and walked away, continuing to work on another car. After a 30 minute wait another mechanic arrived, meanwhile other customers arrived and begin to pick their own parts and taking their wheels off themselves! I hand over my key for the work to finally start....to see the person now working on another car. 10 minutes or so later I'm asked which wheel needs replacing and say the rear nearside (thinking that this would be obvious to a garage) - but no.......on the 4th and final try the guy gets the right wheel. I'm then asked for my key to get the locking nut from the centre console. I explain that they have my key as I had handed over around 20 minutes prior...... Another few minutes go by. Finally after about an hour and 10 minutes ONE tyre is changed. Never ever use this garage if you have any sense

GREAT CARE !!! They changed my oil on a Vauxall Vivaro and did not fix the filters properly, losing oil and the engine broke down. They say they give a guarantee between 6 and 12 months, but they do not respect the guarantee. Now they do not take responsibility by acknowledging that it is their fault.
