Great service from Tom realised i had ordered the wrong battery earlier in the day rang to amend the order at 4.15 pm , Tom managed to catch the courier before they left swapped the battery for the correct one, then refunded the difference and rang me back within 15minutes . Great Service, Staff and Products! I have only used this company once but have had a great experience with them. My first call to them, where Debbie answered, I was able to have an extensively long conversation with a very knowledgeable representative. She was able to guide and help me make the right decision for which type of battery needed for my intended purpose. Such dedication and patience was shown considering we were on the phone for a very long time. I did experience a problem with my order but this was dealt with both swiftly and professionally. I will be using this company again very soon.
Ordered a motorcycle battery with a 1-2 day delivery time. After 3 days and no battery I emailed MDS but received no reply. I opened a case with Paypal upon which they replied stating that the battery was not in stock and would be delayed. They offered me a refund which I accepted but instead of refunding they shipped the battery anyway. I now have a battery I have use for.
I phoned mds Monday 20April spoke to Debbie and ordered a battery for my car she was very pleasant and helpful my battery arrived Wednesday 22 April excellent service I will use them again
Recommended by a friend , glad I did. The none standard battery I ordered for my Toyota IQ caused me a concern, a quick chat with Henry in sales office and all was good.It was already on it's way and arrived before lunch.Thanks
