I always get the help and support I need and the company are giving me the best opportunity to become the best coach that I can be. Since beginning the apprenticeship I have gained more confidence in coaching and in myself. I work for a large nationwide care organization and value our intereractions heavily with ME Training and Development. We use their services and building for our training needs and requirements and think they are truly brilliant. The communication we have had with them has been perfect and they are incredibly helpful. One of the many examples of them going above and beyond would be when we had a course there and staff brought food to heat up and they didn't have a microwave. The director ran out immediately to buy one! They had the room set up and ready to go as well as cleaning up for us at the end of the day. They also offer short courses in everything from safeguarding and food hygiene to first aid and it is exceptional training taught by experienced and qualified trainers whom are friendly and supportive. I cannot rate them highly enough. OUTSTANDING SERICE!!!
