Initially had good hopes as they seemed keen and professional. Several draft revisions later I gave up. They just would not make the phone number any bigger but wanted to keep it as small as possible. That's no good when you want people to see it on your van and take note of it. Medash didn't grasp this though despite me pointing it out. Also asked them to print out a version on paper to make sure my image would look okay and not pixelate. They assured me it would be fine, no need to do a large test print on paper, it'll be good etc.. then some while later they emailed me asking for a vector image so that it would scale up! They also don't do phone calls. I did eventually work out that the missed calls coming from \Welcome to our voicemail\ was in fact Medash - but even when you leave them a voicemail asking for a call back they turn to email rather than deal with you over the phone. Oh yes and the draft design mentioned different sizes to the actual quote. I never did get any clarification on that. 5 stars -1 for lack of delivery - never even got to the stage where i could say \Go ahead\ -1 for phone number not being made any bigger -1 for ignoring pixelation issue / draft print on paper request -1 for draft / quote sizes being different That leaves just one star.

I would not hesitate to recommend Medash. From estimate to delivery, the team have answered all our questions, made great suggestions and fitted with care. Thank you... we can be back at work offering the distancing and sign advice, managing patient flow and help keep us all safe during this pandemic. They even made a curved screen made for our reception desk! A bit more money but wow it does look quality!
