Ricky is amazing at what he does. His passion for meditation is very clear as he guides you through techniques, making you feel extremely comfortable to ask any questions and explain emotions. Ricky is a great listener, with a caring and inspiring personality that makes you feel at ease. I lead a very busy life with a demanding job and was worried that I would not be able to include meditation as part of my daily life style but after a course with Ricky I am ready to turn that around and begin my meditation journey.
