Just taken delivery of some masks. I ordered and paid for 20 and 10 have arrived. No reply on phone or e mail from the company. Also delivery cost 6.75 plus VAT! for local post. Not very impressed TBH UPDATE - I have changed the rating to 4* as they dealt with the error courteously and promptly. Would definitely use them again

Don't buy their 3-ply sugical mask that they're promoting, dispite it is CE certified their quality is absolutely poor! Their mask are fragile and it NEARLY POKED IN TO MY EYES!

A lovely experience buying a wheelchair. All staff were unbelievably helpful and had complete patience in helping us decide on the best one. I would recommend this store to anyone. 5 stars for Madge and the team!

I have been suffering with lower back pain and purchased a memory.cushion which means I can drive in comfort. Used this shop many times they know what their doing am so gratefull to them hence this 5 star review.

The initial service when purchasing items was helpful and efficient but after I tried to return some items: namely some bed pads which were unopened and in their original packaging I was advised by the manager that they could not take them back, when I asked why she said that they had been in my house for more than 24 hrs !!!! I fail to see the logic of this ! it's not medication that needed to be stored appropriately, besides I had only purchased them the week before . Ridiculous !!!!
