Went in for a look around & to arrange for someone to measure up & do a quote, told owner had been in a car accident & wouldn't be back to work for a while but would call to arrange an appointment, we went into lockdown but we still haven't heard anything so gone to a different company for our log burner

Under new ownership now, I used them for my last liner and stove ten years ago. The new ownership is even better than the last, flue was much harder than anticipated to fit, but handled within original quote without fuss. Looks a million dollars, great job, with the significant extra work handled without drama.
Friendly staff, spare parts for woodstoves as well as sales and fitting. Easy to get to.
Honestly cant believe anyone still uses this company. They were asked to install a log burner in my house. The log burner never worked and idependent engineers stated that there are 7 major things wrong with the work carried out rendering the fireplace unsafe. Med stoves and fires dont care and insist its not their fault. They have their money and have washed their hands of the job. We are currently suing them and have since found out we are not the first to take legal action.
