Went as a party of four. A lot of authentic Indian dishes to choose from and good service. Because we couldn't eat all of it we were offered a doggy bag which was packed for us at the table. Great evening.
Always friendly staff.. starters and curries always very tasty.. never ate in always takeaway.. a little on the pricey side for a curry but worth the treat when in holiday.. I guess u don’t mind paying for decent food when ur on holiday
The restaurant itself is pleasant and well decorated - not a wall covering showing elephants, tigers or the Taj Mahal in sight. I did find, however, only minimal compliance to the anti-Covid regulations. Poor social distancing, and none of the staff wearing face coverings etc. The food did compensate a little, but if you have ever visited an Indian restaurant in Birmingham, Southall or Brick Lane for example, you will know what I mean. Adequate, but not earth shattering. One final note: If you expect a smile or any hint of a welcome from the staff, don't visit on a Saturday, as this may not be the place for you. They seemed inundated, and this was having a adverse impact on their hospitality levels.
