The fitting of the patio doors was fine but 9 years later one of the sealed units has gone so I rang 5 months ago to have it replaced under the ten year warranty.After numerous phone calls I was promised the glass would be replaced and I was told over a month ago that the glass was cut and ready to be fitted so I rang again to find out what was happening and if they were still going to honour the guarantee and the phone was slammed down on me.This is not the sort of service I would expect from a local company or any company really but it does show that the warranty is not worth the paper it is written on and I have the expense of paying to have it replaced out of my own pocket would not recommend this company.

The patio door fitted was first class service and on reporting a fault to our front door which was not a product of the company John Cox came and fixed it 5.30 in the evening completely free of charge. Cannot speak more highly of this local company. Without hesitation already recommending to other people on our estate.
Had 3 windows and a back door fitted today, can't fault this company at all, thanks to John Cox and the very friendly fitters!!we are Delighted
Have used many times, great service, friendly staff, always clean well after installation. Aftersales is good, all in all efficient & friendly. Highly recommend.
Couldn't fault the really excellent installation of our new door and glass replacement. Nothing was too much trouble. Have used Crown in the past and will continue to do so. Thank you.
Installation was OK. A couple of pieces were damaged during installation but replaced. Aftersales is a NIGHTMARE! Not much is covered by warranty or guarantee. This includes hinges and locks. Took 9 months to get a hinge changed. A lot of chasing with phone calls and emails unanswered but invoice came almost immediately!!!! They will then phone you up to 4 times a day to pay the invoice......... For the aftersales, we would not recommend.
