The customer service at Marshall Land Rover Melton Mowbray is second to none. Joshua Fletcher is a credit to the company and ensured we were taken care of and well looked after. We went to initially look at used cars with the intention being to offload my much cherished and slightly damage Audi A5 S-Line; which my partner has been using for travel to and from work as I had no need for a 3 liter diesel with me working locally. With my partner set on an Evoque Mr Fletcher showed us stock that he had within our budget. After test driving and knowing that my A5 was about to be traded in against the Range Rover, there was some doubt if the Evoque could give me the same driving experience that the last 2 years of the A5 have given me. After nearly 2 weeks with the new car we have not been disappointed, the car is as powerful and responsive as the Audi and feels great to drive. At short notice the tint on the front windows was removed and Joshua Fletcher broke his back to ensure that this was done for us. The aftercare here I believe is good and I will continue to come back to Land Rover Marshall Melton Mowbray. I am even tempted to exchange my also much cherished 2.5 Z4 for a RR!! If you want to be treated and respected when buying a used/new Range Rover and not messed around come here and ask for Joshua Fletcher. These Guys are the real deal!!
