Darren carried out a damp proof and timber report on a property of mine that I was experiencing various issues with. He explained to me in layman's terms why the issues where occurring and how they should be rectified in addition to a fully comprehensive written report. Will use again and recommend to friends and family.
Home buyers report showed a few damp problems which needed a damp and timber report to establish the extend of the problems.
