Seen Raghadi Munjal and his assistant also Trainee assistant, very polite friendly team, Mr Munjal explained my treatment and offered several ways and we discussed and went for best option. Very excellent service.

I attended the sedation clinic at Genix Mexborough with my brother last week. I want to get across that on arrival the clinic was very busy and hot and waiting time was looking to be lengthy . The lady on Reception dealt with the admission and appointment efficiently but really wasn’t in a position to give us an idea of the time of our treatment due to the delay as there were a lot of people (6)ahead of us . I did feel the need to escalate this to the Manager , who kindly and professionally took me in to her office . Sam Howlett the Manager did explain that some patients are in and out quickly and others take longer due to the nature of sedation . She listened to my concerns and apologised for the wait and said she would keep me informed of the situation , which she did. At the end of our discussion she said as a trained nurse she would scrub up and help with the back log of patients - and to her word she turned the situation around in the 30 minutes she promised . I have rang Sam today and said thank you for what she did on Thursday . The service my brother received with a tooth extraction was brilliant . The customer service initially and the waiting time was very poor - but I will reiterate that Sam and her Practice listened and understood and turned this around in to a positive experience. Yes it’s a busy clinic and yes patients are nervous and worried , that’s why they are getting sedated . I am just really pleased that down to the positive professional attitude and experience of the Manager and the fact that the treatment and work my brother received was excellent and that they turned the initial complaint in to a successful outcome .
I was referred to Genix Mexborough from my own dentist as I needed a tooth extracting under anaesthetic due to my fear of the dentist...I first had to attend for a pre op assessment and immediately all the staff including reception, the manager and the dentist did their upmost to try and alleviate my fear for which I thank them... When it came to the day of my tooth extraction appointment it was the hottest day of the year and they were brilliant.. I was rung to see if I wanted to go earlier than my late afternoon appointment and if so the dentist was willing to work through his lunch. Of course I jumped at the chance. When I got there I was in tears and very close to not going through with it.. Those of you who have this fear know what I mean! But the care and compassion shown by all the staff again made it possible for me to calm and go through with the extraction..... I cannot praise the team at this dentist enough.....Thank you ALL so much.... What a team. X
Do not go here for treatment ... bloke before me accidentally had two teeth pulled that only needed a filling ... they were meant to take 3 of my teeth out but only took 1 out ..later found out the dentist had recently come back from 1 month sick and is being overworked to catch up on his missed appointments... a claim will be made against them
