I have to say that the customer service I received from this company and in particular Mike was exemplary . I think you can only really tell how good a firm’s customer service is once you have experienced a problem and how they respond to it. I did run into a problem with delivery of my order ( Royal Mails fault ) and Mike could not have been any nicer or more helpful in trying to sort out something that was absolutely not their fault. He did his utmost to sort it out and even though they no longer had the item in stock themselves to send a replacement , he went out of his way to speak to the suppliers and then tell me where I could get hold of the shoes I wanted so my daughter wasn’t left without her Xmas present. I would absolutely recommend this company and would not hesitate to order from them again

Surely any reviews above a 1 star are fake, employees and friends likely leaving them to boost their reputation. Could not give zero :-( Visited the Windsor shop a couple of times. They have a good range and sale promotions but awful customer service considering the prices. Be prepared to be followed allow like Big Brother, no assistance offered etc..... Please do feel free to visit to find out for yourself and experience this amazing experience :-) I shall not be a returning customer, should of and now sticking to websites such as Flannels for sure. No wonder such High Street shops are disappearing..........
Just received a CP jacket from here, very quick service , helpful customer advice regarding correct size for me ,,, excellent, all round, would highly recommend, will use again
First class service. Mike will go out of his way to try and source you the correct product and in time! Can't recommend this store enough.
I only walked past it, the clothes in the window are top class, for the discerning affluent fashion shopper (obsv not me)
