Michael had been delivering coaching and training to managers within the business before the Covid challenge. This was already showing improvement to the organisation in allowing individuals to really challenge and understand themselves and the business needs. Addressing and clearing out blockages, to bring clearer thought to team and promote better "business " thinking More recently during Covid 19 Michael has engaged with the owners and SLT in a complete business strategy review and has been invaluable in setting out a structure and documenting what was only previously discussed but not fully outlined or actioned. Working with Michael made this happen. By independently challenging the business from the top down it has enabled the owners to create a clear and agreed pathway that all can get behind and again establish the focus that is required during (any) times of change.
