Clarity on cost, time required, and good questions to ensure the job will be done well and to requirements. This followed by thorough and detailed work, always answering questions well, and constant patient adjustments to satisfy client needs. Our previous architect had retired and our builder, Kev Bassindale of Crowle, North Lincolnshire, whom we trust impeccably and have worked together on many projects over 30 years first recommended Michael to us. We met with Michael and were impressed that he took time to listen to us, capturing our ideas, thoughts and vision for the full renovation and extension project we were embarking on. It was to convert a derelict 60’s style modest 3 bedroom detached property and create a stunning property with six bedrooms, four of them ensuite and a huge dining kitchen family area. Michael went away and spoke with our builder taking on his experience of our expectations and came back with a set of plans that incorporated everything we had asked for and with more that complimented the shared vision of ours and our builder. The property was finished to a high specification and has impressed and been much admired by local residents and estate /letting agents. We had no hesitation in getting together with him on further projects and would highly recommend him and our builder to anyone embarking on any building project.
