We had excellent service from Micro-renewable Solutions. In a single phone conversation Frank was able to diagnose the problem with the heat pump and then organised the repair to be carried out under the manufacturer’s guarantee. Knowing we were without heat, Frank worked late on a Friday evening to carry out the repair. Frank is a really easy guy to deal with and I am pleased to recommend his company without reservation.

Frank McElroy came on time and, as far as I know, did a very professional job disconnecting our evacuated tubes for our roof to be repaired, and then reconnecting them and recommissioning our solar thermal system, all in less than a day.
