Continuous problems with our waste collection, particularly the brown waste. No one will answer the phone, no replies to E Mails and yet the service for brown waste collection is extra. To date we have been waiting over a week for a brown waste collection with no sign that it will be collected any time soon. I notice they are not so inefficient at taking my direct debit every month. Very shoddy service!
Have moved now thank god. No thanks to midsuffolk council. Why is it when they want money of you. They soon want.it. When you ask for help. They don't want to no. You go to that place in Stowmarket. Don't get no help or see someone. In person. Have to talk on the phone. If you don't have the Internet. Well your bugged. Wost council ever. Soon arfter council tax. Only on low income due to bad health. Had a letter the other day. Two days before going in to hospital. For operation. The person on the phone. Said if you don't pay go to court. More charges on top. Court hearing over council tax at my old address. Have all ways payed it. Wasn't liveing then. 4 weeks place was empty. They charged me. For a empty place. To think of all the money midsuffolk waste. The big pensions they get. Just hope they sleep at night. Lived in midsuffolk most of my life. When I get out of hospital. Will be looking to move out of midsuffolk. For good. It a shame mid suffolk council have nothing better to do. To think all the money they wast. Then send me a cout summers for 8 coui tax.
Bad council 11 months on. Done nothing about noise. From upstairs flat. Made my life hell. They don't care. At all. They all stick together
Forget to collect waste brown bin, changed to Tuesday, usually Wednesday if lucky. Waste sites shut all over Suffolk on Wednesdays! Problems entering Stowmarket centre due continuous road works, which is also extremely busy, as only site this side of Ipswich. No wonder there is fly tipping. Council good at increasing rates, but so good with service.
