Shocking lack of service. Gave a GP callback to the wrong number, ended up ringing 111 who prescribed pain killers. They didn't work, called 111 again to be told to make my own way to A&E. More painkillers, still not working. Called this morning for an emergency appointment to be offered a GP callback later today. I need a proper examination, not a chat. We'll be moving practises.

I have been a member of this surgery all my life and I am now 35. I don't often need to visit which is a good thing, probably once every 3 years, maybe longer. I am finding that when I do try to make an appointment, its becoming increasingly difficult to make one and I end up giving up, plus I dread having to call up in the first place. I have called up on some occasions to have the phone just ring and ring, and sometimes even had the call disconnected, I then can't be bothered to call back up and go back through the automated answering machine. I have become so sick of calling, that I go in and speak to the reception directly but they aren't much help either. Luckily, the times that I have put off calling up, it hasn't been anything serious and I'm still here to write this review. This place used to be a great place and I never had any issues years ago. I would look to move to somewhere else but reviews of other places are all just seem to be the same.
Arrived today for 4 injections at 3.20 pm seen at 4.10pm given two injections reluctantly when ask why I can’t have the other two injections there excuse was it was not possible due to the COVID 19 virus this makes no sense whatsoever the gp did not seem to know what he was doing so he brought in another female gp who I believe was his wife total shambles did not leave surgery until 5.10pm Informed him I will contact the hospital for future injections when I have been given all 4 injections
I had a medical problem so I visited the centre. The receptionist was sympathetic and gave me an appointment to see a nurse. I saw the nurse on time. She said I needed a doctor and arranged for me to see one immediately. The doctor was reassuring and informative. I was given a prescription and some instructions. The whole episode was dealt with in a timely and very professional manner. 10 out of 10 to all.
Been at this surgery for about 15 years. Recently been seen by Dr Naeem for a few appointments. He is very attentive and caring. I feel like he has definitely delivered good patient centred care.
Popped into the practice yesterday to register for Online medical system. Kindly greeted by a lovely receptionist who asked me to fill in a form and I registered all the family within 10 minutes. Whilst we were there my wife asked if it was possible to make an appointment as she required to see a doctor. Again the kind receptionist mentioned we should call at 0800hrs the next day and ask for an emergency appointment. As instructed I called 0800hrs and was placed number 4 in the call list. My call was answered after 7 minutes and a very kind and compassionate lady called Jessica at reception took my wife's details and booked her in for 1040hrs the same morning. Overall a painless and very professional experience and I would like to mention politeness and gratitude always goes a long way. Thank you to the Cambridge medical group. Especially Jessica. Further too....my wife was examined by a wonderful Dr at exactly her appointment time and received the necessary medication. The NHS is an absolute gift that should never be taken for granted or abused. Thank you once again Jessica.
I can't rate this practice highly enough having changed doctors in recent months following a long bout of illness which was misdiagnosed by my previous doctor and immediately identified and treated by Dr Chaudhry who actually listened to me. My experience has been life changing, for the better. The nurses are lovely and the receptionist are polite and helpful
Nurses are a great bunch cant fault them but the Drs well that's a different matter. Not quite sure if any of them are qualified totaĺly useless. Have left the practice and joined another
