Sold us a car with 12 chips in the windscreen on a 14k car and not prepared to fix or replace windscreen. They told us it past its Mot and their standards for sale of a second hand car. Speaks volumes about their standards. Obviously cashing in on the fact you can't test drive or view cars correctly due to covid restrictions. Stroppy rude and unhelpful salesman. Extremely disappointed and won't be back. AVOID!! AVOID!! In Response .. 12 stone chips is not wear and tear and should of been pointed out in all honesty. Even the window repair guy said it should not of been sold for 14k with that damage. Your own salesman agreed it wasn't right. iv also taken the car to a local garage and they said it should of flagged up as an advisory on MOT at the very least. You did nothing different to any other car dealership selling second hand cars so not that impressed. All other garages offering 14 day return if your not happy but oh no we were clearly told you were not prepared to do anything to help!

Disappointing customer service form a Skoda main dealer, when looking to purchase an Octavia Scout. E-mailed in due to work restrictions making it difficult to phone, after the first couple of prompt replies to my questions the responses got slower and slower often having to chase Thomas for an update. As I was a distance buyer had a lot more questions than someone who could see the car for them self, felt like he did not want to sell me the car. Please take note that if you are not in the office for the day please put an out of office message on your e mails and details of who else may have been able to help, also if the service manager is on holiday for a few days please speak to who ever is deputising for him or her and not just wait for his return. Spent over a month trying to get answers to my questions and have now been waiting over a week for a reply to my last e mail. I have now gone elsewhere. Very poor service!

Used this Skoda Authorised Dealer twice to meet the servicing requirements for a contract hire vehicle. Took advantage of the collection and deliver back facility on offer which is a useful option. Unfortunately the vehicle was not collected on the arranged date due to a mix up so it had to be rescheduled for a few days later. The rearranged collection went ahead but the car was returned slightly late and hadn't been valeted. Not to be too harsh, the vehicle service was done properly at a good price. Perhaps an area of improvement could be with regards to the quality of customer service and communication within the relevant department.

This is the second Skoda I have purchased off Derek Slack Motors Ltd the first being for my wife, but this is the first time I have bought my main vehicle from Slacks. I have been 100% satisfied with the service and attitude from them up to date. Absolutely no complaints. I purchased a Skoda Kodiak Edition TDi 190 4 x 4 7 seater in Petrol Blue. On collection of the vehicle at the end of August 2017 it was handed over with every detail fully explained and was in pristine condition. 6 days later we were on our way to France for 4 weeks. During that time the car drove beautifully and considering I used to be a Mercedes fan I am so well pleased with my purchase. Thank you.

I was told the wrong time for my service by lease company as dealership closes at 12. I turned up at 10 should have been there at 8.30. However, they carried out a full service and I had my keys back at 11.45. top notch and thanks. Excellent service considering I was 1 and a half hours late.

So rang up asking for a tool for a screw as the one supplied was the wrong fitting. They quoted me a price to come down for the thing to be changed. 15 mins waiting they quoted me 23 nd he came back at 30 Not changed the bulb just 2 screws where taken out. For him to stand there nd argue saying he never quoted me the price. Was not even worth 23 tbh. All I asked for was the tool nothing else. Very disrespectful
