Once again it took far longer than usual to arrive and we had yet another issue with our order. Multiple times we have had things missing from our order and today was no exception. We ordered two big macs without bread (one of us is gluten free): one had no bacon, and one had no sauce. Our ordered sauces also did not arrive, a little issue, but one that can ruin a good meal. Maybe this is on us, we should have learnt by now that this one will generally let us down. Do yourself a favour and go to the bigger one.

Lovely place, not always been a fan of fast food but in more recent months I’ve found myself coming here with spending quite a bit time in the town centre and I must say, for all it gets quite busy at peak times when the cholla are finishing and dinner times etc. It’s a really well ran place that serves some great tasty foods! Staff are very nice and you get served in good times. I get on really well with the cleaners who always take the time to come over and ask how I am. LOVE the new extra large Big Macs

A member of staff named Lisa has been consistently very rude to both customers and staff on a number of occasions. I was greeted a few days ago by her acting very passive-aggressively when I merely asked her for some sauces. She continued to very visibly sigh and practically threw the sauces at me, to which when I asked for her name she turned around and walked away. I've also noticed how harshly she treats the other members of staff, seeing her shout at her co-workers in front of customers multiple times. This is humiliating enough to watch as a customer, and so is certainly unfair to the staff. Her continued unprofessional behaviour means I'll no longer be eating at this restaurant, as serving customers and treating staff with such rude demeanour is unacceptable, off-putting and definitely not worth it for a McDonald's. I'd discourage anyone to visit because of her.
