The service I received was not great. The price charged (150 to see a rabbit and then another 100 for medication she didn't need) was totally over the top. I didn't really get a diagnosis more of a guess and the advise to go and see another vet. After seeing another vet they saw straight away that there was no helping the poor thing and we did the right thing. Vets for pets where much better and showed more understanding and I would recommend going there instead

Brilliant! Care was given to one of my cats, service was great you turn up buss the intercom and wait in your car to be seen. It works! well done all at this practice excellent service 5 stars.
My experience was somewhat marred here. Needed one visit, anti sickness given but oh!! so much more wrong, not picked up on, then rushed back at 3am. Asked if the 'cost' was ok for the second visit, meaning if the extortionate price was agreeable, with less cost due to previously being seen there! If the assessment was taken seriously enough, maybe the second visit wasn't necessary. Luckily my own Vet practically saved my dog's life after us having to pick her up and take her to my own Vet early morning for a true assessment and outcome of what was wrong. Overall, I'm sorry to say, not really that impressed. Money seemed to be more important. Still being treated and ongoing but at least she's still here and getting there with the love and care of my own Vet Practice.
This vet is great. I dont always have the money I need on me to pay for the constant medication for my dog. With PDSA I can give a little without the pressure of worrying I havnt got enough. The vets are very helpful and caring. PDSA is easy to find and also has free parking when you arrive.
