Nicely spaced out, looks like sale has started but they also have some new spring stock, nice to be acknowledged especially as they were busy with merchandising, helpful staff..

I like new look for the quality of items here, but this very branch doesn't seem to cover wide range for kids & men. It mostly for women while men only have a small corner upstairs, which is fine if that's what they prefer but obviously should not expect good rating. As a clothing shop should satisfy wide range of customers. Enjoy your shopping guys.

My favorite place to shop the teenagers and young adults in the house. Prices are good and they still are trendy and age appropriate. I love shopping here.

I love the clothes, but they make it so difficult to shop as sizes are not clear, really difficult when u have an arm full of clothes trying to flick through rail after rail for your size. People don't have hours to shop so please make shopping a lot easier and quicker by putting cubes on the hangers. I would have bought a lot more today but got sick of going through rails.

Christmas shopping for my wife's presents today. Went to New Look, Cleveland Centre, Middlesbrough, to buy something for her but out of stock in her size. I tried to order online but had issue with the online ordering system. Spoke to Lesley on the Click Collect desk who was extremely helpful. She's ordered me the item in the size required and at a cheaper price. Good old customer service saves the day, when modern technology almost cost them a sale and almost certainly any future custom. Congratulations New Look for excellent colleague choice in Lesley.
