To start off with I was looking for a car via Auto Trader. I sent an enquiry and recieved a response from Daniel. I was working this week so I couldnt view the car untill the weekend. Daniel, without even asking went ahead and created a personalised video of the car for me and sent it over e-mail. I thought this was great as it was not a pre-made video of the car. Great service and bonus points here straight away. A few days later I went along to see the car, took it out for a test drive and that was it, sold! With no pressure from Daniel, just a nice, honest bloke doing his role and giving great customer service whilst offering me plenty of refreshments. SG Petch and Daniel were great through the whole process, the car was due to be MOT'd in 6months time and normally you would get 12 months with the car, however he gave me a free MOT voucher so realistically I walked away with the next 1 and a half years of MOT's taken care of. Brilliant! They also sorted me out a fresh battery on the car and some other bits and bobs! Daniel also spoke to me about the service plan that SG Petch offer, it is very cheap and a no brainer not to take it out! I have owned the car for just short of 5months time now and Ive had no issues what so ever (touch wood..) I would certainly recommend SG Petch to anyone looking to buy a car and I will certainly be back in future! Many thanks Daniel and the team at SG Petch!

Went to Parts, spoke to Matthew regarding key battery. He took key, had it fitted and returned it very quickly. Sorted my query efficiently and with a friendly manner. I also had another query with TPMS, he asked a colleague, who came out and had a chat, no problem. Very helpful again and went above and beyond. Showroom is immaculate and well presented too. Great customer service,keep it up guys

SG Petch Mazda Middlesbrough, I had a brilliant car sales service provided through Dan Wilkinson. I would highly recommend him, he was very pleasant and polite. He wasn't the pushy salesman, he showed me a couple of cars, allowed me to take them on a test drive before I decided on an amazing car. The facilities are brilliant - not sure if they'll be able to give you a coffee now though.
