Absolutely a bunch of Muppets the office staff and management could benefit from training on customer service communcating skills and after care as this is appalling the builders did a excellent job on what pittance they get paid the company are too keen to take your money and leave a job unsatisfactory i.e. a wall that is not straight after 3 months of constantly ringing to be told I would have to fund this myself to redecorate absolute joke warning to others stay away from hometech be interesting to hear how many other poor souls have had problems with after care etc fortunately I am good friends with a editor for a newspaper watch this space
