This is the second time we ordered from uber eats, first time was shocking, missed 3 items of and was told to go and collect if we wanted them. This time the sandwiche was wrong and a complete mess, look like it had been through a blender. All the bread was ripped and mushed. The cookies were the wrong time which means we couldn't eat them due to allergies and the drink was wrong. How hard can it be to read from our order and get it right.

Normally this is our go to subway however today the service was shocking. Hardly any filling put into sandwiches, no lettuce left so got the scrapings from the dish, bread all split down the middle... kids sandwiches differs massively in size. So disappointed as some of the girls are fab but today not so much....
I ordered on ubereats and they missed off a full meal. I paid 10.99 for them to just leave it. Thankfully instead refunded it
Never had a problem with this place before but I went to go in tonight the guy shouted go outside before id even got both feet in the shop and there was only one other person in the shop on the window it says 5 are allowed in, i had a mask on i dont see the problem but he was that rude that I refused to go back in and won't while he's on shift, took my business elsewhere , no customer service skills whatsoever
Staff could be happier but food is always top quality.
