Excellent prompt attention to my request for an appointment which was arranged for the same day as my call to the practice. Very helpful friendly staff. Vet very attentive and pleasant and explained fully diagnosis and treatment my dog needed.

We’ve always took our dogs to the practice, and the staff couldn’t be more helpful & friendly. We’ve unfortunately lost 2 dogs and we were looked after so well by everyone involved. We wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I have been with White Cross Vets for several years now. They have always gone that extra mile to take good care of my dogs and support me through difficult times with them. The staff are just like one big happy family who always have a smile and make you feel very welcome and they have all the time in the world for you, nothing is too much trouble for them. The vets in there are excellent, very professional and caring, I would never consider going anywhere else.

A fantastic vets that always makes my puppers feel welcome. I can usually get in same day as opening hours are quite late, which works great for me being at work. Treatment/cause is always explained fully and all of my questions are always answered. Would highly recommend.

Wonderful staff, always a smile and have been exceptionally patient with my pet. He's a rescue cat and it isn't always easy to get him there. But when I do, they look after him as if he was there own.
