Brayley Honda Ruislip sales team had invited us to visit their showroom on Friday 11th September for VIP event. We were booked for 12 noon. On arrival we were greeted by the receptionist in a friendly manner and asked to sit in designated waiting area as the representative Vishal( who we were booked with) was engaged with previous clients. We were offered a hot drink while we were waiting which was a definite plus. I was expecting to wait for 15 minutes, however, after having waited for nearly 45 minutes, with no acknowledgement or explanation from the sales team, we decided to leave as we had other commitments for the day. In between, as I needed to use the washroom , I began my way to the toilet when I was affronted by a stern looking female staff from across giving me marching orders to get a pair of gloves from the entrance before I could enter the wash room??? ( covid compliance???) Not a pleasant or practical experience trying to use the room with plastic gloves.... As we were leaving, the same receptionist saved the day by offering us to see another representative, Desmond, who was indeed, helpful, receptive to our needs and informative. Have booked again to see him next week for a test drive of CR-V. Let’s see what transpires?? Watch the space.........,
