Pretty grounds, very peaceful.

We used the East chapel. It was nice and bright, music was clear and a microphone meant everyone could hear the service. There was a nice waiting room next door. This is the smaller chapel compared to the West.

Due to the terrible situation facing the world today, I had to watch a loved member of our family cremated here, online. Not to be there is heart breaking. The online service was cut off half way through the service. Can you imagine the distress. I contacted the online company to complain and was told the crematorium was only allocating 10 minutes per funeral. How discusting. Just because the world is in disarray doesn’t mean we have to lose our humanity. Sort this our please BREAKSPEAR CREMATORIUM so no more families have to go through this, in what is already an awful time.

Visited yesterday in very bad weather to put some flowers in the Hall of Memory for my Mum on her birthday and to see the rose bush and plaque set up in remembrance of my Grandad. Beautiful gardens and very peaceful plus the cleanest toilets I've ever had the pleasure to use, and that is rare these days :) Not forgetting the enquiry team who are always pleasant and informative.
